Dr. Begdache highlights that the Mediterranean diet is packed with healthy fats, diverse nutrients, and vibrant natural colors, all of which have been linked to various health benefits, from improved heart health to a lower risk of chronic diseases. But this study takes it a step further, suggesting that what you eat may directly influence how well you handle stress.
